CORAL Bouleuses de pâte

The Coral is a universal rounder of various type of dough with perfect rounding and minimum of dough crumbs. It is suitable dough rounder for soft, medium strong and sticky dough type for all kind of bakeries. It is ideal dough rounder to any bread production line by process piece of dough into regular and smooth shapes. Bakery equipment conical dough rounder

The Coral is high quality conical rounder with its sturdy contruction ensures a long and trouble-free life-cycle. The Coral dough rounder has completely stainless steel frame and covers, smart design and high quality processed components.

The Coral has electric flour duster in stainless steel and teflon coated cone and tracks which prevents the dough from sticking and additionally equipped fan with heater and oil lubrication system on cone to prevent dough sticking optionally.

High quality bakery machines for to produce many type of good quality breads Baguette , English loaf bread, toast bread, sandwich bread etc.

  • Cône en fonte recouvert de téflon
  • Rails en aluminium recouverts de téflon à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur
  • Contrôleur de vitesse du cône par variateur de vitesse
  • Cône avec roulement supérieur
  • Aucun ajout de farine n’est nécessaire pour éviter que la pâte ne colle
  • Couvre – tête rond en acier inoxydable

  • Roulette pivotante en acier inoxydable avec goupille de montage
